For the past 8 years, I've shipped consumer products at scale, generative AI tools that change what's worth a designer's time, sleek interfaces across mobile, web, and desktop — always mapping the journey before touching the screen.

Partnered with the Deaf community to design an AI-powered ASL learning experience on Snapchat — leading 18+ user interviews, 3 MVP tests, and a full roadmap to ship an accessible educational tool for global users. Accessibility was the starting point, not the afterthought.

Self-initiated a UX audit framework for NYX's AR experience that became the platform standard for partner content — aligning brand goals with UX and driving measurable sales impact. Adopted across 10+ partner lenses.

Built the loop between creators and their audience through scalable templates and production tooling. Part of the work was human: I coached 5 visual designers transitioning into product roles, and their input shaped both the process and the outcome.

Generating 3D characters from images and text prompts was technically possible, but the workflow was built for ML engineers, not creators. I redesigned a fragmented, expert-only ML pipeline into an intuitive workflow. By mapping creator journeys and shaping clear, trustworthy interactions with ML engineers, I cut creation time from days to hours and gave creators the confidence to experiment with advanced technology.

Coordinating thousands of volunteers across countries with a tight budget and no margin for delay. I designed the end-to-end service experience for World Cleanup Day's volunteer coordination app: mapping distinct journeys for organisers, local team leaders, and individual participants, identifying where the touchpoints between them created friction, and designing interactions that worked for all three.

Snapchat's premium AR content had a conversion problem — users hesitated because the value wasn't visible before purchase. I designed content preview features grounded in behavioural insights, validated through 6 A/B tests, and boosted subscription conversion.
I design for how people actually feel, not just what they do. Every choice is weighed against the emotional experience it creates: does this make someone feel capable, trusted?
I don't do research to check a box. I run discovery interviews, community-led testing, and rapid MVP experiments to find the insight that unblocks the roadmap.
I align teams, build momentum, and guide cross-functional partners. I build enough shared clarity that the right decision becomes obvious to everyone in the room.
