I’m a senior product designer with 8 years of experience crafting data-informed, user-centric products. I specialize in complex workflows and have led design initiatives at Snap Inc., digital agencies, and software companies.

My name is Yuliia, but I go by Yu Yonder for my digital identity. Yu" is the first two letters of my name. "Yonder" means over there, in the direction shown — and it captures something true about how I work and live: an honest pull toward the unknown, whether that's a new country, a new medium, or a product category that doesn't exist yet 🧭

From 2021 to 2025 👻
‍I was a part of the design team at Snap Inc., where I drove user engagement on Snapchat, enhanced UX funnels for premium experiences, and built the Creators community through plugins in Lens Studio.
From 2019 to 2020 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
After a year-long selection process, I was awarded a Chevening Scholarship to explore augmented reality academically at the University of Edinburgh.
In 2017 🇨🇦
I completed a 2.5-month internship in the Canadian Parliament, where I learned how modern democratic processes are established.
In 2015 🇺🇦
I kick-ed off my career at the software development company Yalantis, where I delivered end-to-end products for iOS, Android, and the web platforms.
